Built… a little differently.

We collaborated with The Modern House to reimagine the property listing as a cinematic experience. Tasked with creating something unexpected, we produced a visually rich film featuring pianist and composer Simeon Walker performing his track Saturnine inside Domus. A mid-century modernist gem in Reedley, Lancashire. Built in the late ’50s by architect Alan Chambers, the house was designed for hosting, complete with a built-in bar, acoustic panelling, and even a glass disco floor beneath the surface.

The result? A listing that feels more like a mood piece than a sales pitch: elegant, atmospheric, and totally unique. It’s a perfect match for a brand that continues to push the boundaries of how homes are sold.
